The Cole Cultural Center Fit Out project renovated space within the Cole Head House to create new programming areas for Cultural Centers and to provide updated accommodations for relocated users already occupying space within the Head House. This project evaluated the systems serving the Head House and provided a comprehensive, code compliant, and energy efficient set of building systems to ensure the space could be used effectively for years to come.
Our Scope included:
• Complete aluminum storefront and window package
• Aluminum storefronts, aluminum framed entrances, and curtain wall
• Aluminum clad wood windows
• All glass, glazing, doors, frames, and louvers
• Interior aluminum framed entrances and storefronts
• Interior glazing and glass for doors, entrances, and storefronts
• Glazing films for doors, entrances, storefronts, and other required areas
• Structural glass canopy roof
