Behind the Build: Chelsea Kirsch

Every strong project depends on more than what happens in the field.

Behind every estimate, invoice, schedule, document, phone call, and daily office task are people helping the business run smoothly. For the past six years, Chelsea Kirsch has been one of those people at Chesapeake Glazing.

Chelsea’s story is one of growth, curiosity, and a willingness to embrace new opportunities.

She first joined Chesapeake Glazing as an assistant to the Office Administrator, where she gained valuable insight into the company’s operations, daily workflow, and the commercial glazing industry. What began as a support role has continued to grow over time, allowing Chelsea to take on new responsibilities and expand her understanding of the business.

Over the past six years, Chelsea’s role has grown beyond reception to include accounting and billing responsibilities. She has also become a Maryland Notary Public, adding another important layer of support for the team.

Her journey reflects something we value deeply at Chesapeake Glazing: investing in people who are willing to learn, adapt, and grow.

A Role Built on Support and Reliability

In a busy construction environment, the work happening behind the scenes matters. Office coordination, billing, documentation, communication, and administrative support all help keep projects and teams moving forward.

Chelsea brings care, patience, and consistency to that work. Her ability to take on new responsibilities while continuing to support the daily needs of the office has made her a valued part of the Chesapeake Glazing team.

Her growth is also a reminder that career development does not always happen in one big leap. Often, it happens through steady learning, trust, and the willingness to say yes to new challenges.

Creativity, Patience, and Growth

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, and creating art. Her love for growing flowers, vegetables, and herbs reflects the same patience and care she brings to her role at Chesapeake Glazing.

Whether she is supporting the office, learning something new, or tending to a garden, Chelsea brings a thoughtful and steady approach to what she does.

We are grateful for all Chelsea does to support our team every day.

Thank you, Chelsea, for your dedication, adaptability, and commitment to growth.
