Ciro Méndez has been part of Chesapeake Glazing since the very beginning, and his leadership has helped shape who we are today. With 14 years at Chesapeake Glazing, Ciro brings consistency, humility, and pride to every jobsite, setting the tone for teams through both his work ethic and his character.
A Journey Rooted in Purpose
Originally from Mexico, Ciro studied ornamental fabrication before moving to the United States to build a better life for his family. His journey reflects determination, resilience, and a commitment to growth, values that align closely with who we are as a company.
One of Ciro’s greatest accomplishments is seeing his daughter attend college as a first-generation student. It is a milestone that reflects the long-term impact of hard work and opportunity, both on and off the jobsite.
Growing Through Experience and Leadership
Over the years, Ciro has worked his way through nearly every field role at Chesapeake Glazing, from Laborer to Field Superintendent. At every step, he has pushed himself to learn more, lead by example, and support those around him.
Today, Ciro is known not only as an exceptional superintendent, but also as a trusted coworker and a friend to many across our team. His leadership is steady, his approach is collaborative, and his presence on site reflects the standards we expect on every project.

Representing Chesapeake Glazing
We are proud to have Ciro representing Chesapeake Glazing each day. His story is a reminder that growth comes from commitment, opportunity, and people who take pride in what they build.
