Behind every successful project is a team working both in the field and behind the scenes. At Chesapeake Glazing, one of the people helping keep everything running smoothly is Priti Parikh.
This year marks Priti’s third anniversary with our team, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience in accounting and office management.
In her role, Priti oversees contract compliance, accounting operations, payroll, and employee benefits. Her organization, attention to detail, and steady oversight help ensure that the systems supporting our projects and our people stay strong.
While much of her work happens behind the scenes, it plays an essential role in keeping our company operating efficiently.
Strengthening Company Culture
Priti’s impact extends well beyond the accounting department.
She is also the driving force behind many of the moments that bring the Chesapeake Glazing team together. From company picnics and team lunches to holiday celebrations, she helps create opportunities for connection that strengthen our culture and reinforce the sense of community within the company.

Outside the Office
Outside of work, Priti enjoys traveling, volunteering at her temple, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and especially her two granddaughters.
