When Shawn Ammons first started his apprenticeship, almost everything was new.
From learning how to use the tools, to understanding the materials, to seeing how steel and aluminum come together in the field, those first few weeks were about taking everything in. Shawn shared that before this experience, he did not know how to do many of the tasks that are now becoming part of his everyday work.
