Office Sector

In the heart of Baltimore, 40 TEN redefines sustainable design. This 110,000 square foot, four story office building features Sage electrochromic glass and proudly stands as the city’s first mass timber commercial structure.

2023-2025: Only Glazier in Maryland to achieve NACC Certification 2 years in a row

SETTING THE STANDARD

We remained focused on continuously elevating and distinguishing Chesapeake Glazing.

Through trusted third-party certifications, annual audits, and independent reviews, we validated the values we stand behind.

By encouraging and supporting our team in achieving AGMT certifications, earning the NACC certification two years in a row, and attaining the ABC Diamond Step Award, we hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards of safety, quality, and excellence.

2024: St. Paul’s School for Girls

Institutional Sector

Designed as a zero-energy consumption building, the project incorporates solar panels, geothermal heating, and a high-efficiency façade built to support long-term energy performance.

Every project has shaped not just the buildings we’ve touched, but the standard we’ve set.
