Champion of Safety and Quality: Austin Goodman & Colby Everett

This month, we are proud to recognize two Chesapeake Glazing team members who have made a measurable and lasting impact on our operations. Austin Goodman and Colby Everett have gone above and beyond in their commitment to refining our processes, elevating our standards, and strengthening the culture of safety and quality that defines our work.

Driving Innovation Through the Rhinofab System

Over the past year, Austin and Colby have taken the lead on developing, improving, and perfecting our Rhinofab system. Their work has gone far beyond simply operating new equipment. They dedicated themselves to understanding the system from the inside out, identifying opportunities for improvement, and refining every process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety.

Their commitment involved countless hours of testing, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning workflows to make sure every new part produced met our strict standards of quality and precision. Their efforts have allowed us to use Rhinofab to its fullest potential, and the results speak for themselves.

As part of this recognition, we’re excited to share a behind-the-scenes look at our Rhinofab system in action. The video showcases the level of detail, technology, and craftsmanship that Austin and Colby have helped elevate.
